Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Lollipop's Hershey's Kiss crossed the Rainbow Bridge the evening of May 26th, 2010. She is sister to Lulu, Chubbs, Brutus and Betty..daughter of our Uma and of Royce, shown below. The heat was too unbearable, being an Ozone Alert level Orange day, and she passed from heat exhaustion after being outside just for a few minutes. She was loved very much by her family and it is a tragedy. We wish them all the best. Prayers to our friends Sandie and Karie and their family as they grieve her loss. We will miss you Hershey!
Goddogz Phoebe crossed the rainbow bridge on the morning of 1/11/10. She wrapped her big self around my heart and was mother to our beloved Lola, and our awesome Jager, grandmother to Sir Witten, King Shiner, and all in that litter. She will be greatly missed. Prayers to my dear friend Curtis.
Rockroll's Royce passed in the late fall/early winter of 2009, he is father to our Lola, Lulu, Chubbs, Brutus, Hershey and Betty, and grandfather to Witten and Shiner and all of Lola's very last litter. Witten, Shiner, Chubbs and Brutus have a big torch to carry on now...he will be missed. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of your life Royce, and letting us pass on your torch.
Our dear friend Jennifer lost her baby girl, Pieper, Memorial Day weekend 2010 to heat stroke. Piper had a fabulous bloodline and didn't make it to the age to breed with Witten, but we know she would have made beautiful babies. Our deepest sympathies to Jennifer and her family as she mourns Piepers passing. We will remember her as a beauty and know that she went entirely too soon. We hope and pray that Jennifer keeps in contact with us and starst anew with a new baby bully...no matter who its from.
